Katsumi Hibiku (克己響く) is a free singer for the Utau synthesizer. She was released back in 2015 with a spanish cover of the song ''Lie''. It was a CVVC spanish voicebank used as a CV.

She is a funny and happy girl, she is never sad. You will hardly see her sad or mad and if she is, she forget it quickly.
